Outcome #1:
People with disabilities, their families and their organizations improve their resilience and the exercise of their rights, minimizing barriers to cope with the COVID-19 pandemic and its consequences.
Outcome #2:
Organizations of people with disabilities, humanitarian organizations and public institutions use data disaggregated by disability and reduce gaps in access to social services.
Outcome #3:
Key Latin American civil society networks in the context of disability and disaster risk reduction/management (RIADIS and RED GIRDDLAC) visualize the rights of persons with disabilities and their families and influence governments in the region.
