ASB, together with Johanniter International, produced a first draft report on the rapid health assessment in the Nhamatanda district of Sofala province in Mozambique, where Cyclone "Idai" recently struck.
The ASB was founded in 1888 and is a non-profit, non-governmental, apolitical and non-denominational organization. The ASB is today one of the leading civil protection and welfare organisations in Germany. It also provides rescue services, first aid, emergency medical assistance, social care for the persons with disabilities, the elderly and children, and care for refugees.
