The First Assistance Samaritan Team (FAST), which is responsible for fast-track aid during crisis abroad, is the first group in Europe to be certified as “Emergency Medical Team (EMT) 1” by the World Health Organisation (WHO).
Thousands of people have been left without a home following the earthquake that struck the coast of Ecuador on Saturday 16th April. ASB has immediately deployed staff and resources to the affected areas to provide immediate emergency assistance.
